Pipe Connector with Gasket – Hidden Gutter System (SRU)

The pipe connector joins the gutter outlet to the downpipe and seals the junction as it does so. A purpose-shaped lip seal sits inside the socket and closes against the pipe wall, giving a water-tight joint at the point where leaks in a concealed system are hardest to trace and most costly to put right.

It is a component of the KROP Hidden Gutter System, where the downpipe frequently runs within the façade rather than on its face. Because the connection is sealed by the gasket rather than by the fit of the parts alone, no jointing compound or additional sealant is needed on installation, and the connector pushes together on site in seconds. Dimensions are matched to the SRU downpipe, so the assembly stays concentric and the seal loads evenly around its circumference.
