Order Processing

We aim to process all orders within 2–3 working days. Processing times may vary depending on the size of your order and whether any items require custom fabrication or modification.

Once your order is ready, it is typically delivered within the next 2 working days.

Collection

You are welcome to collect your order from our warehouse:

Please contact us before travelling, as we may need 24–48 hours to prepare your order for collection.

Delivery & Unloading

Due to the size and weight of many of our steel products, our delivery team is unable to unload the goods at your delivery address. If you need us to unload your heavy goods contact us to arrange proper service. This apply only to steel construction materials.

Please ensure someone is available to accept and unload the delivery. If no one is present when our driver arrives, your order may be returned to our warehouse. Any re-delivery will incur additional charges.

Please Inspect Your Delivery

We recommend inspecting your order carefully upon delivery.

If any items are damaged, defective, or missing, please notify the delivery driver immediately and contact us as soon as possible. This enables us to resolve the issue quickly by arranging a replacement, supplying missing items, or issuing a refund where appropriate.

Delivery Restrictions

We are currently unable to deliver to:

• Northern Ireland
• Certain remote and offshore UK locations

If an order is placed for a restricted area, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, or arrange delivery via an alternative economy service where available.

Deliveries to remote areas may take longer than our standard times.

Remote Area Postcodes

Remote area surcharges or delivery restrictions may apply to the following postcode areas, including but not limited to:

AB, BT, FK, HS, IM, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, TR and ZE.
