HOW TO ORDER CUSTOM FLASHINGS

You can send us a simple bending schedule via email or the contact form.
This bending schedule does not need to be professionally drawn, a hand-drawn sketch will be sufficient for us.
Please include as many required measurements as you have.

What we need from you.

Sketch the profile freehand on paper, including the lengths of each section (in mm), the bend angles, the side for the coating/colour, and any preferred hem locations (a 10 mm hem is typically recommended). Take a clear photo of your sketch and send it to us. Even a simple hand-drawn outline with approximate measurements is enough for us to prepare an accurate quote and proceed with production.

OPTION 2 - AUTOCAD

AutoCAD Image / Drawing

Export or screenshot your AutoCAD (or similar CAD) file as a clear image or PDF showing the cross-section profile. Ensure it includes precise dimensions for each leg (in mm), all bend angles, the preferred coating/colour side, and hem details where applicable. Send the file or image to us so we can review the technical details and confirm the manufacturing specifications quickly.

Simple Computer Drawing

Create a basic digital sketch using any common program (such as Paint, Word, PowerPoint, or a free drawing app). Mark the lengths of each section in millimetres, the angles of the bends, the side that should receive the colour/coating, and where you would like hems. Export or screenshot the drawing and email it to us—this clear, straightforward format allows us to interpret your requirements accurately and move forward without delay.
