Reinforced Fascia – Steel, RAL 7016 & RAL 9005

The reinforced fascia is the visible face of the hidden gutter system. It runs along the eaves, screening the gutter behind it and giving the roof edge a flat, unbroken line rather than the exposed half-round profile of a conventional installation. On houses designed without eaves overhang – increasingly the standard in contemporary residential work – it is what makes a concealed gutter possible.

Pressed from 0.7 mm steel, the fascia is stiffened by a specially shaped profile that resists the rippling and oil-canning that thin sheet develops over long runs. That matters here more than on most components: the fascia is a continuous horizontal band viewed in raking light along the whole elevation, and any waviness shows up immediately. The profile also incorporates protection at the top edge to stop rain being driven into the gap between the fascia and the gutter behind.

Colours

Stocked in two shades: RAL 7016 anthracite grey and RAL 9005 jet black. Further RAL colours can be supplied to order – contact us for availability and lead times.
