Pitch Transition Flashing Down – 2m

The Pitch Transition Flashing Down – 2m is a formed metal roof flashing designed for use where an upper roof section transitions down onto a lower roof section at a different pitch.

Installed across the change in roof angle, the flashing covers the joint between the two roof planes and helps direct rainwater and melting snow safely from the upper roof onto the lower roofing panels. This helps protect the underlying roof membrane, battens and supporting structure against moisture ingress.

The formed profile creates a smooth and secure connection between the adjoining roof sections. It also conceals exposed panel edges and installation gaps, providing a clean and professionally finished transition across the roof.

Pitch-transition flashing is particularly useful on roofs with extensions, porches, lean-to sections, dormers or other areas where a steeper roof continues onto a lower-pitched roof surface.
