The Pitch Transition Flashing Up – 2m is a formed metal roofing component designed for use where a lower roof section transitions upwards to a steeper roof pitch.

Installed across the change in roof angle, the flashing covers the joint between the two adjoining roof planes. Its formed profile helps prevent rainwater, melting snow and wind-driven moisture from entering through the transition and reaching the roof membrane, battens or supporting structure.

The flashing extends beneath or over the adjoining roofing panels, depending on the roof design and installation method, creating a secure and weather-resistant connection between the two roof sections. It also conceals exposed panel edges, joints and installation gaps, providing a clean and professionally finished transition.

Pitch Transition Flashing Up is suitable for roof designs incorporating extensions, dormers, porches, changes in building height or other areas where a shallower roof section meets a steeper upper roof slope.

Supplied in a standard 2-metre length, individual sections can be trimmed or overlapped during installation to suit the width and layout of the roof. The flashing is available in colours and protective coatings designed to coordinate with compatible metal roofing panels.
