DEKTITE Black Ezi-Seal EPDM Pipe Flashing for Metal Roofs

Dektite Ezi-Seal is a super convenient, easy to use black EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpolymer, a highly durable synthetic rubber roofing membrane) flashing solution for pipes on metal roofs. Thanks to a revolutionary, non-absorbant, non-porous sponge gasket which seals by compression, even in wet conditions, the flashing hugs the roofline to provide a watertight seal without the need for the application of any silicone sealant. Just screw it down and forget!

Dektite Ezi-Seal is suitable for a roof pitch between 0° and 45°. It can be used with standard pipes where heat is not an issue and temperatures are up to 115°C constant and 150°C intermittent.
