TECHNICAL PROPERTIES
OUTER SHELL Optical profile slightly lined (LL), micro lined (ML), ridged (GS) or flat (GL). Heat-treated fully galvanised steel, steel thicknesses 0.50mm – 0.63mm – on request 0.75mm. Polyester colour coating (POL) 25µm standard, other coating systems available up to 200μm.
INSULATION CORE Mineral wool insulation core, shear-resistantly connected with outer and inner shell. Density approx. 100kg/m³. Euroclass A2-s1,d0, non-combustible.
INNER SHELL Optical profile flat (GL) with acoustic perforation. Heat-treated fully galvanised steel, steel thicknesses 0.50 to 0.63mm. DU-coating similar to white standard.
OTHER Plug-in system for visible fixing.
EXTRAS (on request) Other effective widths (up to max. 1200mm) are possible. Outer and inner shell available in aluminium – colours on request.

 

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
LIONTEK® fire protection panels for wall acoustics with „visible fixing“ (SB) are particularly suitable when high demands are made in regards to the sound insulation and evtl. to fire protection. Depending on the use, the size or the location of the building specific sound insulation requirements will maybe have to be observed and this will make it necessary to go for LIONTEK® acoustic wall panels. For technical reasons, the panel joint and the effective width may vary depending on the production line and core thickness in question.
