  • OUTER SHELL: Heat-treated fully galvanised steel, steel thickness 0.60mm. Polyester colour coating (POL) 25μm, other coating systems available up to 200μm. Various standard colours available – special colours on request.
  • INSULATION CORE: Polyisocyanurat Thermoplus hard foam (PIR+), FRC B-s1-d0, flame retardent according to EN 13501.1.
  • INNER SHELL: Optical profile slightly lined (LL), heat-treated fully galvanised steel, steel thickness 0.50mm, DU-coating similar to white.
  • PRODUCTION LENGTHS: Infinitely variable from 3.00 up to 12.00m. Special lengths on request.
  • OTHER: Tongue and groove system for concealed fixing (VB). Installation with load distribution plates (LVP)* recommended.
  • EXTRAS (on request): Foam cut-back: 50, 100, 200 or 300mm.

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
The LIONTEK® Thermoplus panel standing seam with “concealed fixing” (VB) and PIR+ foam is manufactured according to your specifications. In just one work step, an insulated roof with a room-enclosing interior side that provides extremely durable and robust weather protection is created. This modern, lightweight and penetration-free fixed panel is becoming increasingly popular.

The Thermoplus panel standing seam can be manufactured continuously from 3.00m up to 12.00m in length. The product is suitable for roofs with an inclination of at least 3° (approx. 5%). In addition, the LIONTEK® Thermoplus panel standing seam with “concealed fixing” (VB) can also be used as wall cladding. A combination of roof and gable cladding is particularly popular.

It further impresses with its high thermal performance and complies with the highest possible fire protection class among polyisocyanurate hard foams (PIR). In short, it is visually appealing, reduces your energy consumption, protects the environment and provides the residents with a safe and comfortable living space.
