LIONTEK® Thermoplus wall panels with PIR+ insulation core combine best thermal insulation and fire protection properties. The latest generation of sandwich wall panels achieves optimal insulation values while minimizing the required insulation core thickness, thus protecting both your wallet as well as the environment. In addition, resources are not only conserved by saving heating energy, reducing freight volume and improving durability, but also during the production process by reducing CO2 emissions and required raw materials.
For the outer and inner shell, you can choose between the optical profiles “lightly lined” (LL), “micro lined” (ML) and “flat” (GL). You can also choose between the variants “visible fixing” (SB) and “concealed fixing” (VB). Both variants combine aesthetics, excellent thermal insulation and great fire protection properties in one product. For technical reasons, it is possible that the panel joint and covering width vary depending on the production plant and insulation core thickness.
Thanks to the wide variety of available profile geometries and colours as well as the choice of visible or concealed fixing, a multitude of panel types can be realised. The Thermoplus wall panels are specifically tailored to the intended use with regard to their geometry and joint construction. This ensures optimal airtightness values and meets the highest thermal insulation requirements. For the installation of LIONTEK® wall elements with “concealed fixing” (VB), we recommend using load distribution plates (LVP)*.
