We manufacture metal flashings and edge trims in any shape or form, to finish and protect roofing and cladding sheet and corners against water intrusion. Available in the same colour and coating as your roof panels or any RAL colour .They enhance both functionality and aesthetics. See our pictogram for custom flashing shape examples. For bespoke flashings, send a request with coating side, colour, dimensions, and angles— a hand-drawn is sufficient. We also provide flashings and trims for other projects, crafted to your specifications. 

Flashings are either STANDARD from our shop or CUSTOM made to measure to your specifiactions. 

CUSTOM PROFILES ARE AVAILBALE IN:

  • Any profile shape or angle
  • Lengths from 2m up to 5m available – longer is possible but subject to discussion on transport. 
  • Folded from Coated steel or aluminium for 2m and 3m pieces or powder coated aluminium / Galvanised steel for any lengths over 3m.
  • High quality and fast turnaround
  • Choice of coatings: Polyester, Plastisol, Ultra, Galvanised or Powder coated
  • Colour-matched to your roofing or cladding sheets

Measurements Needed

To produce the correct flashing, we require precise measurements. Refer to the diagram for example dimensions (in mm). These can be customized to your preference. Dimensions marked with stars are universal for most standing seam roofing systems.

Please include in your drawing:

  • Lengths of each section (mm)

  • Angles of each bend

  • Side for coating/colour

  • Location of hem (recommended, typically 10mm)
